Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook, has won his first jiu-jitsu match at a local tournament. According to sources, the Facebook founder has been training for months under the tutelage of a renowned jiu-jitsu master, Dave Camarillo, and finally felt confident enough to put his skills to the test. What folks haven’t heard about was the challenge that Zuckerberg apparently issued after his match.
After triumphantly raising his arms in victory, Zuckerberg immediately turned to the crowd, arms wide open, and issued a challenge to none other than Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, Twitter, and SpaceX, to a submission-only jiu-jitsu match. The challenge was met with amusement and confusion, as many were unaware that Musk had any background in martial arts.
Zuckerberg, however, seemed undeterred and confident in his abilities. “I may have just won my first match, but I’m ready to take on anyone,” he declared, flexing his muscles for the cameras. “Even if that someone is Elon Musk.”
Musk, for his part, has yet to respond to Zuckerberg’s challenge. Sources close to the Tesla CEO say he is more focused on developing cutting-edge technology than grappling with his fellow tech billionaire. However, some have speculated that Musk may secretly be a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, waiting for the perfect opportunity to reveal his skills.
Meanwhile, Zuckerberg has reportedly continued his training regimen, devoting several hours daily to perfecting his technique. He has even hired a personal jiu-jitsu coach to help him prepare for any future challenges.
When asked about his newfound love for martial arts, Zuckerberg replied, “Jiu-jitsu has taught me discipline, focus, perseverance and has brought out my inner savage. And who knows? Maybe one day I’ll even be able to take down Elon Musk in a fair fight.”
As for whether or not the two tech titans will ever actually face off on the mats, only time will tell. But one thing is for sure: if it does happen, Zuck will likely pull guard.
